Once the footers and foundation were built, it took the framers only 2 days to frame up, install a few few windows (more are on order) and sheath the outside. Roof singles and siding will be installed the same time it's done for the house.

Hello, my name is Carol and I lived at 125 Wash Av from Dec 19 ' 53 until June 9 '63. I am a classmate of your new neighbors,
Mike and Bev Cunningham. I have been chking in on the progress of
the ole homestead, you are doing a marvelous makeover. It was a party
house, my parents loved to entertain and in their absence so did I !!! We were from PA too, Sellersville, and we have family
friends in Collegeville and Phoenixville also. Maybe it's a
good thing the ole walls are gone,
'cause if those walls could talk !!
I will be coming east in late Sept
for our class reunion, hope to meet
you then and view the "new" residence.
I love the stained glass in the
front door. Good up the wonderful
